The Sarah Groves Room

The Sarah Groves Room is available for hire for private functions, events, or as an exhibition venue.  The room can be hired by the hour, for half days, full days or longer periods, subject to availability.  There are Kitchen facilities, Toilets and a Large TV screen, which can be connected to your laptop or computer.  The Terrace area can also be used, although during the day, whilst the garden is open to the public, it cannot be reserved for exclusive use as the terrace provides access to the garden for visitors and our volunteer gardeners.

Tariff:

Morning times:  9.00 am-13.00 hours £25.00 per hour - £100.00 per morning.

Afternoon times:  13.00-17.00 hours £25.00 per hour - £100.00 per afternoon.

Day rate: 9.00 am- 17.00 hours £175.00

2 Day Rate £300.00

5 Day Rate £600.00

Setting up/ clearing away allow approximately 30 minutes either side depending on the activity .

No charge over night for keeping  utensils on the property.
